Cargo Discharge

Cargo clearly marked for transshipment are discharged at the port.

Notification and Planning

The Shipping Line submits a notification letter detailing the pre-carrier and feeder vessels along with their respective Final Port of Destination (FPOD).

This information is sent to Customs and Terminal Authorities for approval and operational planning.

Coordination with Load Ports

Load ports are informed of the transshipment details and the actual Start of Berth (SOB).

This ensures timely updates to customers on the shipment status.

Transshipment Process

Transshipment cargo arrive at the port, discharged from the vessel,cleared by customs after documentation and inspections, and then stored or loaded onto vessels with proper documentation, and shipped to the destination.
