Export Process
Export cargo is delivered to the port, inspected and cleared by customs, loaded onto vessels with proper documentation, and shipped to the destination.
Document Preparation
The customer selects a registered Clearing and Forwarding Agent (CFA) and hands over all necessary documents (retaining copies).
CFA completes the export declaration and uploads the documents to TRA's TANCIS system for customs clearance, obtaining an approved Release Order from TRA.
Payment of Port Charges
CFA submits the Shipping Order, approved Release Order, and Loading Permission to the TPA Main Export Office for invoice generation.
Payment of port charges is completed.
Cargo Truck Announcement
CFA announces the truck in the cargo system and obtains a Gate-in-Ticket (Entrance Permit).
Cargo Delivery and Loading
The cargo is delivered to the port and loaded onto the assigned vessel for shipment.
